Borden IT, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of any personal information we hold about you, including information we may receive when you interact with our pages on social media platforms such as Facebook (Meta) and LinkedIn.

What data this covers

We do not operate consumer accounts and we do not collect personal data from visitors beyond what you voluntarily provide. The data we may hold about you is limited to:

• Information you submit through our website contact form (name, email address, subject, and message).
• Messages, comments, or reactions you send to our Facebook or LinkedIn pages, and the engagement data those platforms make available to a page administrator.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• The name and email address (or social media handle) you used when you contacted us, so we can locate your data.
• The platform involved, if applicable (for example, our Facebook page or LinkedIn page).

What happens next

We will acknowledge your request and delete the personal data we hold about you within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law. We will email you to confirm once the deletion is complete.

Data held by the platforms

Data that Facebook (Meta) or LinkedIn hold about you under their own accounts and policies is controlled by those platforms, not by us. To remove data held directly by them, please use their respective settings and privacy tools.
